    I checked the size chart and recommendation was a medium. I'm 5'2" tall, 116 # and usually order a small. I ordered the medium and can't get the front zip closure to even meet! She has no returns accepted; however, made the false assumption that if an item were mislabeled it would be returnable. I would have to order an XLG to fit. This seems unfair. Total price was approx. 20.00 and she wants $14 for return

    Hi - I am sorry that the item did not work for you. I want to clarify that the item was not mislabeled. It was labeled correctly. It can make things difficult that manufacturer's sizes vary and it is unfortunate that this medium did not fit you. My policy of not accepting returns is clearly stated, but I offered to take it back. As I hope I made clear in our messages, you can ship it back to me and I will give you a full return minus shipping.
