The pillow was properly packed in a protective plastic bag so no damage. I love the RL Tartan Bear! If Le Luxe Co gets another please alert me Would definitely buy from this vendor again. They said it was NWT, brand new in perfect condition. The purse was packaged very well so the damage was not due to shipping. There is a kink in the strap and a dent taken out of the leather. This is a gift so it's disappointing that they did not mention this in the description.
