    Shark Handheld Vacuum Housing Motor Head HV382: Item shipped out next day USPS from California to Michigan but USPS damaged cardboard shipping box during transient. USPS wrapped the damage box with clear plastic wrap with a apology note attached which caused delay in receiving product. Thankfully the Motor Head was not damage. I would recommend UPS or FEDEX over USPS when it comes to shipping packages. Keep in mind, this is NOT the sellers fault.

    Seller stated that the item received is the item pictured, but sent a different item missing key features. Seller offered to take return, but couldn’t explain why the unit pictured was not the unit shipped. Then seller offered to check stock…then update a day after next shipment. No updates. Buyer has to follow up. Opting to keep the unit received as none of the back and forth is worth the hassle. Caveat emptor when it comes to this seller. Good luck and hope you receive what you paid for.
