The Screen was in a tightly fit air protective sleeve to ensure it did not get damaged. The install was easy and the booting of the device went well. There was a small software issue BUG with the device. I messaged this seller at 8pm at night and they sent me a firmware update within the hour to fix my issue. The UI looks better than some OEM radios, it boots quickly upon engine start and connects to CarPlay fast. Works Very Well
