Batteries were already in Soundwave, The joints aren't stiff like a new Threezero Transformer would be, and Ravage was very loose in the joints like it had been played with quite a bit. Box was also open when I took it out of the shipping box, and not sealed in plastic like a "NEW/SEALED" DLX would have been. At least it is not broken, but it's definitely not "NEW/SEALED" as described.
