    It is very hard to see the "veins" on the ultrasound. When able to visualize the "vein" the top layer of the "vessel" looks bright white on the ultrasound so it would not be possible to distinguish between that and the tip of the needle. Honestly pretty disappointed in this product. Unfortunately, there are no returns available. Be wary of all the positive feedback given for this product. I'm not sure if I just got a defective one or not.

    Hi, we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. It does sound like the unit may need refilling with water or the Gain setting of your machine is too low. Please refill with water and turn up the Gain and send us scan. We will happily send you a replacement if there is still an imaging issue.
