    Beautiful monitor and no scratches. Only problem is one single pixel is dead/stuck. Not enough for me to return but it would of been nice to not have it. Still can't beat the price tho

    The item was almost as described. It works well, and the image is sharp and snappy in both HDR and SDR mode. I prefer the SDR for SDR content as HDR looks washed out unless the content is made for it. There was some bad though: The little cable management ring had a busted tab, but I am not using it anyway. And there were no USB ports despite the listing saying they were there and the inages showing them. There was even a spot for them in the case that was just flat plastic on this one.

The display output only was 1080p, at 60hz and I'm expecting 1440p/144hz+, so I'm unsure if it's due to my using the HDMI port and connecting it to my MacBook pro. I will reassess when I connect it to my computer that has a Display port input. Thank you so much. I wish I could privately message the seller, but their messaging has been turned off.

    Better packaging than other acer referbs and great picture

    I bought a refurb of this monitor last year and loved it. When my 2nd display died a few weeks ago i bought a 4k referb from acer. It came packed poorly, with the stand scratching the screen ( return process was very simple and easy though). But i hadnt remembered this monitor being packed poorly, so i went ahead and bought this one again. The stand was packed in a side box, preventing it from scratching like the 4k monitor. It came in perfectly and am loving having matching displays. A great way of reducing ewaste and saving a few dollars.
