Everything lined up and fit as it should. If anyone is wondering about upgrading their Dell Latitude E7440's screen, this is the screen to do it with. Plug and play essentially, Ifix it has a very nice guide to install it as well.

However, I HIGHLY Do not recommend since I was bait-and-switched.
