    I’ve only left 2 negative feedback for sellers in 15 years on eBay. This is only the 2nd time. So I don’t take this lightly. This seller leaves me no choice. Twice I bought and paid for this item. Twice the seller cancelled the order with different excuses. There’s something fishy here that doesn’t add up. Regardless of his reason, he can’t seem to take care of his basic business obligation and ship the item. Beware he might waste your time. At least I do have my money back. He did refund.
