      Seller sent the same model pictured, but a different item (obvious from condition and packaging creases, etc), and in worse condition (covered in cooking splatter and mildew). Eventually accepted return after offering discount, then sent unprompted, passive-aggressive, rude messages about it during return period. I’ve rarely left poor feedback, but getting an item not pictured, resistance to a return, and unprompted rude messages are enough to advise caution to others. Seller did provide refund
