After contacting the company, they sent me a link to their eBay. store for the item they said matched the model e kooler that I owned. After receiving the package, I found that the ac plug was the wrong plug for my kooler. They refunded my purchase and told me to reorder the product. I was sure they would correct their mistake and look closely at the photos that I had sent. They made the same mistake. Now I have 2 incorrect plugs.
