Item was packaged well and as described. Very nice laptop, new charger, battery performs fine. Actually enjoy the computer very much, needed 10 Pro for some automotive software only, great value for my needs. Very solidly built and has a good feel, quite similar to my MacBook Pro. Had an HP several years back that felt like a cheap childs toy, not this one!

I checked the rest and a couple were not seated. Other than this, I'm pleased with this nice laptop. It is my 2nd laptop from this seller. I informed the seller about the screws. I would buy from this seller again. Heck, charge $5 more per laptop and add some extra Quality Control steps to improve our experience. Thanks for a nice laptop. It is in very nice condition.

The only minor thing was that the rubbery anti skid bits on the "feet" at the bottom rubbed off of them in varying ways it looks like during packing or shipping, not a big deal for me but it made a tiny mess, just relieved it didn't come from the PC itself! Definitely willing to come back when I need another PC, thanks a lot!

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
