    ALMOST impossible to install.

    I spent nearly 5 hours trying to get this to install on either of 2 of my laptops. Finally, after Googling for solutions, I found some specific instructions on how to download a driver for this printer. The disk that comes with it, doesn't work with Windows 10. Even when you get the updated driver, it's nearly impossible to get it to run. Thankfully, I finally got the test page to print. If I had known it was going to be that much trouble, I probably wouldn't have bought it--even at that price. Oh, and it's SLOW! After you hit print, it takes a LONG time for the page to come out. You should only buy this if you're a computer repair technician or a software specialist!

    NOT FOR MAC

    Even tho it says wireless and mobile printing, it still needs Windows to set up. The description says download the Ricoh Ap, which is NOT for this printer series and is useless. I read the AP before purchase, then in practice I can not use it. I now have another BOAT ANCHOR!

    Black and White Laser Printer

    Great printer. It does come with some ink and I have printed out about 10 pages so far. I do not need color as I do not copy photos, this is just for labels. I believe it will save me money as those little cartridges on the color inkjet printers last about 3 weeks to a month tops.
