Page for item does say returns not accepted. Contacted seller to see if they had another of the same battery, no response. I'm sure most of what they sell is fine, just beware that you have a chance of getting something that doesn't work and can't be returned or replaced. In the case of this type of item (used or open box power tool battery), maybe look for "tested" in the description.
