I had to reorder it else were and pay overnight shipping $43 extra to get it in time for the Holiday party . I simple response back would have been professional and save me from losing more money . Still never heard from them I think they are drop shippers and were sell out of some one else inventory. AVOID

Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."
