Headsets removed with loose ball bearings, many missing. Every single part of this bike was disassembled an put in unlabeled bags. Two bikes in one box. Lots of New frame damages. Sent USPS, and box arrived open with packages falling out. Remove every tiny part, not freewheel? cover them. Disappointed, but expected. I packed many frames this is not how it's done. Frame protection please
