Once the confirmed that it was a manufacturer's problem, they sent me a return FedEx code and I was able to return the item with no problems, no hassles. Very professional.

Two days latter I reached out again and they still new nothing then later told me the label was torn . It arrived at UPS on 15th (8 days latter ) It still took another two days to get it to UPS. Got it on the 20th . I will not do business with them again.
