Appearance wise, it had some light scratches, 2 small chips, and finish worn on one place on top of the laptop. Shipping was estimated to take 3 days, it took 10. Packaged securely. For the money, the value was good and the laptop works perfectly. The screen, keyboard and ports are in perfect condition. Had an OS issue and they were awesome & helped me find & eliminate my issue (stupid USB sleep settings). I always get my kids nice gaming rigs but mom gets chucked to the back burner. This allowed me to actually have a pc that powerful. I went from being barely able to chat, surf and watch tv to all of that plus gaming and it barely breaks a sweat.
