Power up times are excellent. 5.2 seconds from off to windows welcome screen. EXTREMELY good price, communication, and accurate description. Double the Mfg warranty too. The shipper FedEx is just the worst carrier. FedEx ruined my Memorial Day vacation by falsely notifying my laptop would arrive on 2 different days, and never did. It arrived 3 days past whst tracking said. NOT SELLERS FAULT A++++

Appearance wise, it had some light scratches, 2 small chips, and finish worn on one place on top of the laptop. Shipping was estimated to take 3 days, it took 10. Packaged securely. For the money, the value was good and the laptop works perfectly. The screen, keyboard and ports are in perfect condition.
