    The packaging was excellent! And it even came with a light carry case, which was a welcome surprise! This laptop looks absolutely brand new and performs wonderfully! I thought the touchpad stopped working, but it was my fault. I pressed the F10 button which disabled the touchpad. This laptop replaces my 8 year old Acer laptop! What a difference in speed and quality! An EXCELLENT value for the money spent!! I was the keyboard was backlit, then it would be perfect!

    Fast shipment, item as described. QUALITY: The bag in which the computer came was ok'ish, but it serves its purpose and it seems to be original acer branded. CONDITION & APPEARANCE: I would say 8.5/ 10, apart from a few almost undiscernible scratches in the surface, the screen and the mousepad seems almost new. VALUE: it seems the best bang for buck option I seen so far. Just booted it but would need to test further. I usually use multiple tabs, and run some resource heavy software for work.

    I waited a while to see the quality and performance of the laptop! I forgot it was refurbished at all from how new and clean it seemed. I put a couple of games, chrome, and files on it so far and it still runs with great speed and handles multiple programs open with the storage, however its not fully 1TB, but overall the value of the laptop I received was better than described in the description. It came to me with no mishapes, scratch, clean working screen and keyboard, charger, and carry case.

    Had issue with WiFi when first turned on. Got by that and still had WiFi issue so I reloaded Windows and everything was fine.

    Powered on and set up keyboard, country, etc., and when it got to WiFi hook up it would not recognize an available network and give me the option to connect. Only option is no internet available. Continued, had to reload windows to get WiFi working. Other than that it's a pretty good machine. Windows didn't load right was the main problem and fix.
