      Great product for certain health issues such as cholesterol and blood sugar.

      I cut my cholesterol medicine in half after taking this ceylon cinnamon. Be sure you purchase ceylon cinnamon. The other type (used mainly for baking, etc.) can build up in your bloodstream and cause problems. I have used Kaya for several years now and always find them consistent.

      Great for my health and tastes good too.

      This is my second bottle of Ceylon Cinnamon, though the first wss from a different vendor. Focusing on this one, I have found it to be excellent at reducing my somewhat high blood pressure (140+/80) and racing purle rate (98 ppm when I started, 60 ppm now) The product looks and tastes like powdered cinnamon,, and I have several times opened a capsule and sprinked it on my morning cereal. It tastes just right and no sugar needed. When This bottle is gone, I'll be back for more.
