    I contact the seller several times and they appeared to be giving me the runaround and not taking responsibility for the poor packaging of the items. The package was not marked anywhere as fragile, which is always the case and procedure when shipping these type of items Dept 56 ceramic.. in addition the items were shipped in their original box and not packaged in a second box in cushioned to ensure safe, travel and handling.
