    Verified purchase
    Pull strap to tighten base when installing it is broken. Doesn’t allow you to pull it tight and it just pops out and everything loosens if you pull it past a certain length. It should not do this at all. Seller stated it wasn’t broken and refused to provide partial refund. Asked for proof and I provided proof and still claimed it wasn’t broken.
