The instrument itself is in good condition, but arrived with two bent keys on the lower register (C and C#). Hard to say if the issue arose from shipping or was like that prior. It was packed for shipping decently well with bubble wrap and bags of air, but the latter were completely deflated when I opened the box. Overall though, very pleased with the instrument.
