There was so much attention to detail with flat edges and folded corners. (And that's just the exterior box and tape!) Honestly, I felt like someone had sent me a beautiful Christmas gift to open! — Inside, my item was secure and safe with extra padding. I couldn't ask for more. After opening my order I noticed I received a camera which was different then the one I ordered. The cameras look identical but the one I received will not work with my DVR. The seller emailed me back with a refund shortly after I contacted them which means a lot to me. I understand mistakes happen but it's what you do with the mistake that means everything. This seller was great !!!
