    Real convection. Fast and easy.

    The 3 gallon capacity is the selling point on this. Gives you options of different arrangements of food for best cooking results. Not small - get a toaster oven if space is a concern. Cooks crispy tender fries from frozen very fast without having to heat up a whole oven (and kitchen). Love the way the big glass bowl lets you see the cooking from any angle - no guessing when it's done!

    I rarely use it because of the extreme light it puts out. constant off and on as it adjusts the temp.

    I magic chef oven does a great job of cooking. it is the extreme light that it puts out that bothers me. I have to leave the kitchen when it's on, and have put it on my patio at times. The constant on and off light bulb is very hard on my eyes, very drying. I thought all counter top ovens had an element like the one I had been using for the past 7 years, when I bought it. So i am disappointed, I have gone back to cooking with pans again. I would like to trade it for an oven with an element.

    Guilt Free Browning

    Electric range ovens are too big, except a few times a year. This appliance fills the bill the rest of the time. Perfect for frozen stuff that won't microwave well, e.g. breaded filets, quiches and chicken pies. Holds bulky items that thwart toaster ovens. Makes "mad scientist" kitchen window lighting effects at night. I don't use it to save time, I use it to save Watt-hours and keep kitchen cooler. Same reason I got an induction cooktop.
