I fixed them but there was also damage around the cmos reset. I put a brand new cmos battery in but if it loses power the bios still resets. The motherboard was very dirty and rust spots. Some spots of corrosion. Other then that I guess it's functional.... Annoying but somewhat works.

Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
