Battery was listed in UEFI/BIOS as excellent. The RAM only used one slot (better for upgrade). Cosmetic wear on the case was nicely covered with clean liner. The UEFI/BIOS and OS weren't to factor levels. But that is OK as I always do a fresh reinstall of Windows and update the UEFI/BIOS. Encryption and Secure boot were turned off, but was easy to turn back on.
