Upon opening the kits I discovered that the manufacturer had mispacked a sprue. When I contacted the seller they confirmed which of the kits was an issue, and worked on sending me a replacement. This took some time, but the replacement arrived safely and correct. Friendly communication, and worked to make sure the transaction was satisfactory.
