The packaging was a little thin and could use more padding and and and my shipment did end up getting delayed, but it was only for 2 days and was not much of a hassle. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Unlike most Korean products, this was shipped from America and not Korea which made it 10X faster and easier to track. Customer ordered on the evening of 04/29 & USPS collected it early next morning. Postal inefficiencies are being our control. As for the packaging, customer only ordered 1 pack valued at $4.25. We sandwiched the pack between cardboard, wrapped it up in multiple layers of paper & shipped it in a mailer. This apparently was sufficient protection as customer did not complain about the cards being damaged.

It was bubble wrapped and in a bubble mailer - good enough for me since I don't care about the condition of the box it came in (which was undamaged) but if you SUPER care about receiving a mint condition box, it might be something to consider. Great price for the box, nearly what I'd pay in Korea. Overall, a great buying experience!
