      I was diagnosed with low testosterone levels. I started using androgel at a low dose. Bad side effects, and I found a forum online (do a search for Tnation), and realized that I was barking up the wrong tree. I am not a holistic healing type, I don't even take vitamins and the only supplements I've ever taken were for building muscle. So I was hesitant, but I started taking natures way kelp for the iodine to help my (sub clinical) thyroid levels. I take 3 capsules at night and 3 in the morning. This is more than the bottle says, but I'm going on general recommendations for iodine levels for my sex, age, weight, etc. My energy is up, I'm slowly losing weight (without any other changes), muscle tone is getting better, concentration is better, lots of other things including my ...

      Kelp cured my slow thyroid!

      My doctor wanted to schedule me for surgery to remove my thyroid but instead I took kelp and vitamin C. Surgery was canceled and replaced with a small pill I take daily. Thanks to kelp. I no longer have a slow thyroid which causes all sorts of health concerns.
