We ran into a snag with the order and they promptly contacted me and we worked through some options. The shipping was via freight truck and pallet. The packaging was very well done and everything was as described. These mattresses were new, still having the tags for a fraction of the price. Communication excellent, answered my questions promptly. If you know what mattress you want and these folks have it, BUY IT. you will have to get it into your house on own but when saving this much $$ on a quality luxury mattress, well, what a deal.
