One sandal was defective as described I have a leather belt hole making tool so I was able to make the holes necessary to buckle up the strap that was missing the holes! So they are now New!     Sony not compatible with Macs new operating system (?)

    I bought this item to replace the one that I owned for years, which stopped working for some reason. Unfortunately, this one doesn't seem to work either, so I am not sure if I got a bad unit, or the updated operating system on my computer is not compatible with these units.

    works great for getting data to and from my AIBO robot. however this is an older model and windows 10 does not have compatible drivers- either use a computer with an older OS, like windows xp, or emulate it on win10.

    Doesn’t work

    Doesn’t work, red light blinks but no data transfer. There’s no indication that it’s there on the screen. Maybe it doesn’t work with Mac😣
