    Unfortunately, The "Hello Kitty watch" was delivered according to the USPS in Las Vegas, but my 11yr old gradndaughter never received her Christmas gift. I asked this seller to file a claim, refund, or replace the item and I got No Help. To be fair lots of issues shipping with USPS in December 2024. I was asking for this sellers support. I am an avid Ebay customer. I have never had this happen before. So purchase at your own risk. For that reason I can not recommend this seller.
