Each was delivered in just a few days and each worked perfectly. I filled out the items warranty within minutes of using it. This computer has the capability of increasing the RAM up to 32 mb and adding a new hard drive such as a Solid State Drive. The photos of this computer are on the Discount Computer Depot site. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
