Although many other reviews take issue with the sensitivity of the controls, I haven't experienced that.

It is quite loud but no different than my old Nutribullet. Very good purchase, especially for the price!

I contacted NutriBullet to buy the broken piece, but they refused to sell it to me. Instead they offered a 10% discount on a new one, which was still more money than the refurbished on on eBay.
