I contacted them reguarding the matter and they started the proccess of refunding my money.

But it was well-packaged, and seems to be in the condition advertised. I'm very satisfied with the seller and the item. It was advertised as a used customer return with all original accessories, and was half the price I've seen it in other places. A very good deal for me.
