      I would HIGHLY recommend this seller. Their communication was beyond expectations. We ran into a snag with the order and they promptly contacted me and we worked through some options. The shipping was via freight truck and pallet. The packaging was very well done and everything was as described. These mattresses were new, still having the tags for a fraction of the price. I feel foolish paying full retail price when I could have just come to Starsluckysales! I'll be referring 100%, Thanks!

      It was a wonderful purchase/transaction. The item was precisely described and the communication couldn't be better. Jeff was so friendly and meticulous and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Shipping packaging was excellent. Great value. While shipping company made an unexpected mistake, Jeff worked hard to get everything straightened out and graciously sent us a very thoughtful gift. Really appreciated.       AAA seller, AAA experience, AAA pricing, AAA delivery (my mattress and box springs packaged together and shipped on a skid to my door by a box truck with lift, that was extra nice ((i live rural)). Communication excellent, answered my questions promptly. If you know what mattress you want and these folks have it, BUY IT. you will have to get it into your house on own but when saving this much $$ on a quality luxury mattress, well, what a deal.
