Problem found is inner airbox (3) 1/4-20 mounting screws to carb, carb screw threads are metric threads. Simple fix was to run a 1/4-20 tap through the metric threads and solved the problem. Satisfied customer. Just something to watch out for. This on an Evo, 1997 Dyna Convertible.
