He does not care. Worst experience ever on eBay! Seller sent a $700 poster in a thin flimsy cardboard tube, even after I contacted him and warned him not to. Arrived destroyed and could care less. Very poor to no communication and now I have to personally pay to get item professionally restored out of my pocket on top of the full price for the item.
