    Seller decided he couldn’t dispatch the item and didn’t ensure timely refund at time of purchase. He also didn’t bother tor resolve with eBay so had to wait three weeks to be able to report the item hadn’t arrived meaning my money is still with eBay after three weeks. Very poor buying experience! This pen has been on eBay for months. It is the sellers responsibility to ensure that the pen is in sellable condition. This should not be decided after the pen is purchased.

    Product is as described, initial shipping was fine - with tracking, packaging was appropriate for ink. Ink arrived in good condition. The problem is that the wrong ink was sent. Contacted seller. He asked for ink to be returned, sent return with tracking. Seller sent out replacement ink without tracking and did not send notice that correct ink had shipped. Seller sent second package to a staples, not original shipping address. Seller not willing to take further action. Kind employee got me ink.
