The console is MINT, seller is genuine with what is posted. Unsure if this psp was a shell replacement or not though. Shipping was also fast as it came in 2 days early. My only real complaint is seller did not acknowledge my question about if the UMD drive worked for physical games or not, but I ended up taking the risk and it paid out, everything works.
