I leave a small amount of the water in by shutting it off a bit before it should finish. makes cleaning inside much easier after each use. The only thing I noticed is the plug that powers it from outlet doesn't seat into the machine very ell and must be careful not to bump it or it shuts of. When it stopped working, I needed a replacement but could not afford the price. The CO-A was lower in price, it is easy to clean and use, and it arrived sooner than stated. I have no problem with it getting up to temperature & staying there like it should. Seller was kind enough to answer a question about the cover sheet that may have seemed like a dumb question to some but as a 1st time heat press user, it was a good double check for me & they were very polite & professional answering it. I wasn't sure how often I would be using this but with how easy it was to use, I'll be using it more.
