    Shipping was fast and I received it quickly. Just make sure that you read these are USED. I looked over it and was suprised that the user manual had been wet and then dried, there was fingerprints on the steamer, and the box was a bit roughed up. Overall the steamer does work great so far.

    Item arrived in a timely manner. However, it was not as described. Condition stated. “Unused” but it was obviously used because it had water spots in the water container. I did plug it in and it did work proficiently.
