    These boots were not a size 7 as claimed. They are maybe a size 6.5 but most likely a 6. The seller used marker to remove the size and I can’t zip them up even though I ordered a bigger size than usual. Tried to return and seller denied right away. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. I have many many boots from this brand and I’m have never encountered this problem

    Accusing seller with EXCELLENT SELLING and CUSTOMER SERVICE history is NOT a good way to start a discussion. These boots were NOT a size 6 and the marker was covering a former price not a size. No reason to cover size. Listing also included approximate measurements since listing CLEARLY stated size was questionable! and Returns Not Accepted..
