    The item was described as new in unopened container. It arrived haphazardly thrown in the box and partially assembled. The cord was attached to the vacuum and twisted up. Only some of the attachments were still in their plastic wrap. A vacuum bag was missing, found it inside the machine. This was some sort of floor model or a return. Seller should familiarize themselves with item description details and what they mean. New? I don’t think so, open box, used good, ok. Shipping price reasonable.
