The vita came in wiped down of any oils, fingerprints and dust. It arrived in a small box, with a cleaning cloth, small charger, and wrapped in bubblewrap. It's a great value if you don't care about an original box. The great quality is an untampered unit that asked for a firmware update when connecting online. It was factory reset, needed a charge, then ready to go. The color selected was a bright suprise too!

I got a blue one and could see the black smudges around the buttons and analog sticks. Had to clean it of with rubbing alcohol before I could use it, it was leaving black residue on my fingers. I'm going to clean it agian it still smells like smoke. Pretty gross. Besides that vita works perfectly and is in great condition.
