    Excellent Discussion On Agates

    If you wanted to better understand how agates are found and how they were formed, I highly recommend this book. Explanations are clear, and there is a glossary in the back for most of the more obscure terms. As a collector of fine and unusual agates, I have really enjoyed Banded Agates, Origins And Inclusions!

    Unique color. A thought-provoking stone.

    A very interesting specimen, with a unique blue-green color in the fortification area. I'm glad I bought it. People in my gem cutting class also had strong opinions about this stone, so if nothing else happens, and I keep all the gems I cut from it, the discussions alone made it a good buy.
