    Item was listed as NEW/SEALED and was actually open box. After a week of no movement on tracking I contacted them for a status update, and they told me USPS tracking only updates on Mondays (a lie). After a lengthy back and forth, seller finally dropped off the item 10 days later. Now they are asking for revised feedback, so here it is. Very negative transaction. Tip: Be honest. Stuff happens. If you had simply said sorry for the delay, it will go out tomorrow I would have been understanding.

    Now they are contesting my dispute and refusing to provide a refund, saying to check the tracking which only shows "label created". Complete scammer. Don't do business with this person.
