    As other reviewers too have stated this seller has very poor packing. Eggs were simply wrapped in a small piece of paper towel and placed in an egg carton. The egg carton was then taped up with one layer of bubble wrap and put in a USPS priority mail box and mailed. I understand shipped eggs are risky I only wish the seller understood that too and put some effort into packaging the eggs they sell to give the best chance possible for safe travels. Seller is not respectful.

    I'm actually very surprised these not only developed but hatched given that they were shipped at the end of the week and held over an additional weekend at the post office. But the eggs were actually as lovely and heavily speckled as described, packaged well so that only one had a hairline crack from shipping that even I didn't see until incubating exposed it later. 5 of 12 developed and three chicks hatched right on time, they definitely look like they might favor the maran. Would recommend
